Bundesliga and the bookies for betting on it

Bundesliga

Bundesliga is, at the moment, the only major football competition available for betting. The German national championship resumed to its activities first, and for the moment, all the big betting brands are primarily focused on this league.

We will present three big bookmakers (bet365, 888sport, and Betfair)  who offer the best odds for betting on Bundesliga. Each one will be for other betting markets, so take five minutes of your time to read this article. It just might be what you are looking for if you love to gamble.

The first bookie is bet365, and out subject here will be the Bundesliga champions. As expected, Bayern Munich is in the best position, as they lead the standings and, according to the majority of experts, have the best team at disposal.

The Bavarians to successfully defend the trophy is priced at 1/8. The closest rival in the table, Borussia Dortmund is 11/2, and after them come Red Bull Leipzig 20/1. Two teams who are lurking their chance from the dark are Bayer Leverkusen 150/1, and Borussia Monchengladbach at 350/1. They will be concentrated on capturing the spot for the Champions League, rather than spilling energy on some unrealistic goals, but still, if something comes up, they will be exhilarated to catch it.

As you see, the odds provided by bet365 look pretty fine. This bookie is always trying to make good offers to its clients, and it is no different this time. You can compare their’s and other’s odds when betting on the German Bundesliga at Freebets.com.

What also promises good entertainment, and excitement is the relegation battle. For many fans, the situation at the bottom of the standings is much more interesting than at the top. Bundesliga has a specific format, which allows the 16th-placed team, in the end, to enter a play-out with the third from Bundesliga 2.

Apart from Paderborn, who is in a pretty bad situation, all other teams can stay in the top tier of German football. Even the above-mentioned club theoretically might end up seizing that 16th place and having some chances to survive.

Right now, the odds on them to go down are 1/33. The next team on the list is Werder Bremen at 1/2, slightly ahead of Fortuna Dusseldorf, 4/7. According to 888sport.com, sides who could be more relaxed are Mainz at 10/3, Augsburg 20/1, and Union Berlin 33/1. Eintracht Frankfurt, who was supposed to fight for the international stage, is also on this list with 33/1.

It is a nasty year for the Eagles, who were one of the best teams in the league in the last two seasons, and were posting excellent results on the international stage. They would launch one of the best strikers in Europe at the time, Luka Jovic and several other players, for whom they received quite a lot of money once selling them.

When mentioning strikers, the battle for the best scorer in Bundesliga is between two guys, Robert Lewandowski and Timo Werner. The Polish player is in a better position, but having in mind that Werner scored three times against Mainz, and that he might be entering some sort of a red-hot finish, it wouldn’t be strange to see Timo making some sort of a miracle.

Lewa is, for now, the absolute favorite to take the Golden Boot award, with odds at 1/6. Werner is 4/1, sitting second, while Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Braut Haaland is far behind with 200/1. If he had arrived earlier at Signal-Iduna Park, things would probably be much different, but now they are like described. His teammate Jadon Sancho is 300/1, Bayern’s Serge Gnabry is 1000/1, and Wout Weghorst with 1200/1, extend the list.

We need to add that these odds are all taken from Betfair, who is our third choice when it comes to offers for Bundesliga betting.

In short, this is what is the current situation in German football, and our suggestion on which bookies to use when betting on it.
